Rapper Cheeko is a walking brand in his own right. Born in Indiana but every bit of becoming an Atlanta artist, the rapper is currently on a mega promo tour right now pushing his latest single ‘Couple Racks’ ft GANK GAANK. The rapper has been on a journey for sure dealing with being incarcerated and using the negative to turn his life around for the better. His winning streak is due to his challenging work and the effort he puts into his music. The artist has been signed to Big Oomp Records since 2019. His hit song out right now ‘Make a Wish’ produced by DJ Montay, is getting major air play on several FM radio stations.
A true beast on the stage his presence has been described as “electrifying and scary as hell in a good way” by the Miami Times.

Self inspired I came from 0.
How long have you been taking your career seriously?
Since I came home from prison 4 years ago.
How do you feel about ghost writers?
They are good for business but I don’t use them at all.
Can you still be considered one of the greats if you use a ghost writer?
Depends on if you started off writing first and the you decide to get a ghost writer…but if u never dropped your own lyrics NO.

MY REALITY IS MY REALITY I PUT MY OWN SOCK, DRAWS, AND SHIRT ON AND I GET TO IT.
Do you believe music is better today as opposed to the sound from back in the day?
MUSIC BUSINESS IS MUSIC BUSINESS
THE DELIVERY ANND MESSAGES ARE DEFINITELY DIFFERENT. THERE ARE PROS AND CONS TO BOTH.

What is your plan for the next 6 months?
I will be dropping my next record called COUPLE RACKS on August the 12 with the video
Starring CHEEKO x GANK GAANK. I’m also going to release a Latin trap tape.
If there was one place in the world that you would rather than the US, where would it be?
I heard Greece is fabulous!
