Carlos Brown, also known in the streets as the infamous ‘Carolina Grinda’ is the CEO and founder of the Real Network Promo Brand. A stellar platform for aspiring artists to be a part of, Carlos has worked behind today’s biggest names in the business in terms of helping them find the structure and tools needed for mainstream success. Co-signed by Grammy winning Rap Superstar ‘Lil Baby’ it was just a few years ago when the QC artist was sitting in the studio across from Carlos horning in on his dreams and goals. The level of success that Lil Baby has already accomplished in less than 5-years’ time is astonishing. He has also been apart of the development of mega-star artist Yung Bleu who’s hit single “You’re Mines Still’ peaked at number 18 on the Billboard hot 100 after it was remixed by Canadian rapper Ovo 6-God ‘Drake’.

Providing solid opportunity and exposure is 2 of Carlos’ biggest flex. His monthly showcases held in College Park, Georgia every month houses top record labels A&R’s, mainstream artists, producers, DJs, and media platforms who all come together to provide tomorrow’s stars with insight, consultations, advice, feedback, label meetings and more to get ahead. Not a stranger to hard work the Carolina Grinda has a complete home front headquarters ‘Global Evolution’ on Old National Highway. The full-service venue includes a main stage / auditorium with VIP sections, full in-house security by Deterrence Enforcement Agency https://www.facebook.com/Deterrence-Enforcement-Agency-LLC-105926754469690, top of the line sound system, as well as a recoding studio, office space, media room, and professional meeting room for label meetings, photography sessions, and more. In short, it’s a full service stop for anyone in the music/entertainment industry stopping into Atlanta on a press run or in town for networking. Every month artists from all over the US fly in to network, record music, and perform at his events. Carlos is a respected ‘gate keeper’ in the business and rather he is rubbing shoulders with friend/ associate Boosie Badazz or talking to Quality Control A&Rs about who is next to blow, the man is a walking plug for any artist willing to put the work in and stay down until you come up. Now at the near height of her success rapper/ reality star Omeretta was handed her 1st radio interview by Carlos Brown on Streetz 103.3 who saw the potential in the female lyricists early on.

In an industry ran by greed you must be able to move in a manner where you’re not being taken advantage of or sowing energy into seeds that won’t grow. Although Carlos Brown has the hustle and dedication of a Great white shark, his passion and humility shows strong, and he is quite the man to sit down with if you’re really looking to glow-up. Often a simple consultation from an expert on the direction you should go in is all you need to get the ball rolling.
